Production Operator
We are looking for a Production Operator to work with a leading manufacturer in Neenah, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Neenah, WI
Pay Range: $19.00
Shift: First shift 6:50 am-3:00 pm
What's the Job?
- Perform packaging of parts from the production line according to established procedures
- Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and ensure quality standards
- Read and interpret Quality Control Plans and accurately complete production reports
- Ensure raw materials are available and properly measured for production needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret quality control documents
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and recording data
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
