• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Description

The Assessment Specialist will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and providing support within a behavioral health setting. The role requires working with adults and addressing various behavioral health needs, including chemical dependency and dual diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current NC state clinical, social work, or RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Handle With Care (HWC) certification (can be completed on-site).
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
