Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantAutumn Lake Healthcare at Arcola – Silver Spring, MD$36.00–$40.00/hourUltimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve independence and function through guided, hands-on care.Responsibilities:Provide treatment based on plans developed by the supervising therapistLead activities that support self-care, coordination, and daily functionUse adaptive techniques and tools to promote safety and independenceMonitor resident progress and communicate updates to the care teamEducate residents and caregivers on carryover strategiesComplete accurate documentationQualifications:Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license requiredTeam-focused with a strong commitment to resident careWhat to Expect:Collaborative rehab environment with interdisciplinary supportConsistent full-time scheduleOngoing mentorship and development opportunitiesBenefits (Full-Time):Medical, dental, vision401(k)CEU reimbursementAnnual reviews with growth potentialParental leave and disability coverageDirect hire position.
