Senior Accident & Health Claims Adjuster

Position Summary Kemper is seeking a Senior Accident & Health Claims Adjuster to support our organization’s Health Claims team. As a Senior Accident & Health Claims Adjuster, you will help customers by processing claims in adherence to company policies and contract provisions, fully in accordance with the law. This role allows you to support families during a time of significant need. Location Hybrid if in St. Louis, MO. The office is located in Chesterfield, MO. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate claims based on documentation received. Provide timely follow‑ups regarding those claims via letter, email, and telephone. Ensure appropriate resolution of claim. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or equivalent work experience is a plus. An internship or other prior work experience in a corporate office is preferred. Intermediate Word and Excel skills are required. The ability to become proficient in navigation of the homegrown applications we utilize for claim handling. Prior health claims experience is a plus. Required Job Skills A customer‑focused mindset.
