We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties – including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces – and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high‑quality carpet care in active commercial environments. This is an opportunity to access well‑defined, professionally managed work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments. Selected contractor responsibilities include: Carpet inspections and condition assessments Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low‑moisture, or dry cleaning methods) Stain, spot, and odor removal High‑traffic lane treatment and restoration Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable) Daytime or after‑hours service in occupied facilities Coordination with on‑site staff and facility managers Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting) Requirements Already run (or ready to run) a window washing business Show up on time, every time Care about quality, safety, and reputation Understand that consistency = long‑term income Want steady commercial work without chasing customers

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
