Responsibilities Engage with customers and prospective customers in a friendly, professional manner. Communicate information about products and services clearly and accurately. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions. Generate leads through customer interactions and outreach activities. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities. Assist with presentations and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong listening and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in communications, customer service, sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
