365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Dallas, TX area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This program provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and Eastern U.S. If you are prepared to develop safe driving habits and advance to a steady solo role based out of Dallas, we are interested in speaking with you.

What this lane offers

• Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Route details

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after completing training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
