Corporate Travel Consultant

Deliver expert travel booking and advisory services to corporate clients, handling complex itineraries and ensuring policy compliance. As a Corporate Travel Consultant at ITS, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients' travel needs — from booking flights and hotels to managing last-minute changes and VIP requests. Based at our Dallas headquarters, you'll work with a team of experienced travel professionals to deliver seamless, policy-compliant travel experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about making business travel effortless. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience as a corporate travel consultant or advisor Proficiency in at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport) Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, and exchange processes Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends for urgent requests What you'll do Book domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail Manage complex multi-city and multi-leg itineraries for corporate travelers Ensure all bookings comply with client-specific travel policies Proactively monitor trips for schedule changes, cancellations, and disruptions Provide responsive support for urgent travel changes and after-hours requests Negotiate rates and apply preferred vendor agreements to maximize savings Process ticket exchanges, refunds, and unused ticket credits Maintain accurate records in the booking and CRM systems Nice to have Experience with international travel regulations and visa requirements Familiarity with corporate travel policy frameworks Certifications such as CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr Internet Travel Solutions LLC.
