Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location: Reston, Virginia
Practice Area: Real Estate
Experience: 2–5 years
Compensation: $235,000–$365,000

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a top AmLaw100 firm in its Reston office . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience to work on high-level matters for prominent clients, with a strong emphasis on data center transactions and commercial real estate finance .

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of complex real estate transactions , including:

Data center leasing and colocation agreements
Acquisitions and dispositions
Real estate due diligence and title review
Negotiating and documenting secured real estate loans
Commercial leases and financing transactions
Managing closings and transaction workflow from start to finish

Candidates should come from a comparable law firm environment and demonstrate:

Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
A strong client-service mindset and collaborative approach
