Pride Health is hiring an RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: Yes, 1 week per month, including weekends
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO; Coverage areas include El Paso County, Teller County, and parts of Douglas County
• Mileage reimbursed: Yes
• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Range: $52-$54

Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Perform patient visits with skilled interventions and assessments, including Starts of Care, routine visits, recertifications, resumptions, and discharge visits.
• Provide on-call coverage and perform on-call patient visits as needed, including one week per month with weekend coverage.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and weekly case conferences.
• Manage patient scheduling and complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Communicate patient needs effectively with the healthcare team and office staff.

Requirements:

License(s): Active RN license Certification(s): BLS Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB experience required; proficiency in OASIS required; Wound VAC and PICC line experience preferred.
