Machine Operator Job Details

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6am-4:30pm and Fridays open for OT
• Pay Rate: $17+
• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Shop Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding machines and related equipment to machine bearing components to precise specifications and tolerances.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor grinding equipment to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to determine production requirements.

Shop Operator Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measuring specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
