Business Office Manager

Position Overview Join our team at Cambridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Business Office Manager. Must have LTC Experience. Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000 per year. Qualifications Skilled Nursing Experience is Required! Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Software proficiency, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques. Knowledge in Medicaid/Medicare. Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask. Prior experience in a health care setting – Long-term Care/ Rehab is required. Ability to build strong relationships.
