This hands‑on role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage and organization throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, manifests, and Bills of Lading. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials. Receive inventory into NetSuite and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations. Label, sort, move, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Support bin management, inventory organization, and material consolidation activities. Process return‑to‑vendor transactions and maintain accurate inventory documentation. Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling. Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory tracking systems, or barcode scanners. Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies and solve inventory‑related issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
