A strong candidate will bring a high degree of accuracy and accountability, as this position involves significant order entry and item setup responsibilities, light accounting work, and constant cross-functional communication. Success in this role requires the ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, item setup, and issue resolutionCoordinate daily with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to manage customer needs from start to finishOwn and manage New Item Requests, data entry, and updates with a high degree of accuracy and speedTrack and reconcile order-related information, supporting light billing and payment tracking functionsMonitor and track customer inventory levels and shipment status using Excel or other internal toolsProactively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to provide timely updates and address concernsPrioritize and balance multiple urgent tasks, shifting gears quickly as business needs evolveUse Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Word) daily to manage information and workflowsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities with flexibility and calm under pressureStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with customersHighly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing data and account accuracyQualifications include:Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel or similar software in a business setting (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet organization)Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kiwi, Kiwi FFF, or PCSPrevious experience managing customer accounts and collaborating with sales, shipping, or productionBackground in corrugated packaging, paper manufacturing, or a related industrial environmentAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
