We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused Fitness Coach to deliver high-energy, personalized training sessions while helping grow our member community. This is a Full time role (3540 hours/week)perfect for trainers who want to make a real impact in a fast-growing, innovative fitness environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead one-on-one EMS personal training sessions
• Perform InBody assessments and track member progress
• Deliver a premium, personalized coaching experience
• Educate members on proper form, technique, and equipment use
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted fitness partner
• Support membership growth through client engagement and referrals
• Maintain studio standards and ensure a clean, professional environment
• Participate in team trainings and ongoing development

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

Preferred (but not required):

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification
• CPR/AED Certification
• 13 years of personal training experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively coach and demonstrate exercises
• Comfortable standing, moving, and coaching throughout sessions
• Ability to lift and manage equipment up to 50 lbs
