This opportunity is designed for agents who want consistent lead flow, structured onboarding, and a clear path to closing deals using our leads and systems.

Structured Onboarding Training
Every agent completes a hands-on onboarding process built to:

- Open multiple escrows per month within the first 6 months.
- Improve negotiation and closing skills
Continued education is available year-round to help agents stay sharp and competitive in the Oahu real estate market.
Responsibilities
- List and sell residential real estate
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
- Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs)
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Maintain an active Hawaii real estate license
