We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading industrial manufacturer in Pierceton, IN.

This is a hands-on 3rd shift role responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, supporting equipment reliability and minimising production downtime.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems and production equipment
Diagnose electrical faults, motors and control systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and electrical testing
Carry out thermography inspections and maintain associated documentation
Use megohm meters and other diagnostic equipment to assess electrical system health
Support maintenance technicians with electrical troubleshooting
Maintain electrical panels, wiring systems and plant electrical equipment
Respond to equipment breakdowns and improve equipment reliability

What We're Looking For

5+ years' industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong 480V troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Experience using megohm meters and electrical testing equipment
Manufacturing maintenance experience
Ability to work independently as the primary electrician on shift
Journeyman Electrician certification desirable

Commutable from: Warsaw, Columbia City, Goshen, Fort Wayne, Syracuse, Winona Lake and Plymouth.
