Facilities Maintenance Technician – Level 3

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Approximately 50 hours/week, with optional weekend work
Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining CNC equipment
• Experience with PLCs such as Siemens, FANUC, Mitsubishi, or Allen-Bradley
• Experience troubleshooting HMIs and electrical control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with motors, gearboxes, servo systems, and industrial electrical equipment
• Basic knowledge of chillers and conveyor systems
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CMMS systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, CNC machining, or other highly automated manufacturing environments
• FANUC and Siemens PLC experience
• Experience with air logic/pneumatic control systems
• Experience troubleshooting complex CNC electrical systems
• Knowledge of industrial electrical codes and safety requirements
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Journeyman-level electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work around industrial equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely around electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC equipment
