• Perform welding operations using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new welders and sharing best practices within the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in welding is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
