Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Dependable and professional work ethic
