How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Provide high-quality, direct nursing care rooted in our organization's proven clinical standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate The Care Journey: Act as the central hub for the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that every specialist, physician, and therapist is aligned for a well-coordinated patient experience.
• Monitor & Advocate: Constantly assess, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions, ensuring their evolving needs are met in real time.
• Execute Clinical Plans: Accurately interpret and carry out physician and nursing orders, translating them into actionable, day-to-day recovery steps.
• Plan For The Next Step: Collaboratively assess and coordinate comprehensive discharge plans alongside the healthcare team, ensuring patients are set up for a safe, successful transition home.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
