Paralegal (Wage & Hour Class Action)

Paralegal – Wage & Hour Class Action Locations: Los Angeles, Irvine, or Oakland, CA Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys on wage & hour class action cases. This is a high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once. What You’ll Do Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy Conduct legal research and gather case information Manage case files and maintain deadlines/calendars Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep Communicate with clients and support attorneys day-to-day What We’re Looking For 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment law (wage & hour preferred) Strong experience with e-filing (state and federal courts) Experience handling discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) Experience with case management systems (Litify or similar) Spanish a plus Compensation $35–$57/hour depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
