Material Handler

Operate forklift to load/unload materials. Management of goods and means of transport, movements of goods (physical and ERP side). Organize and stock material supplies to meet production requirements and inventory control guidelines in a JIT environment. Ensure a safe working environment by observing safe work practices and by following all safety policies and procedures. Record all material movement within the ERP system to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Deliver material to production lines. Organize and maintain general storage areas. Perform shift pre-inspections as outlined by OSHA on all material handling equipment. Bring empty dunnage to the EOL area and move full racks from EOL to the warehouse. Ensure production areas are fully stocked prior to end of shift relief. Rotate all material to ensure 100% first-in, first-out (FIFO) per daily FIFO requirements.
