Location: Walford, IA

Pay $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sanitation and Custodial Associate to join our client's warehouse team in the Walford area. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized every day while building a long-term career path. This is a secure position with consistent daytime hours, full-time work, and real opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sweep, dust, mop, and scrub floors across warehouse and office areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, storage racks, and common spaces.
Empty all trash receptacles and remove waste daily.
Clear snow and ice from outdoor walkways and entrances.
Assist with facility upkeep tasks and special projects like painting.
Follow all company safety rules around active forklift traffic.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse cleaning experience
Proven job longevity on your resume
Ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug test
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to stoop, walk, and bend comfortably during the shift
