About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:45 - 16:15) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cath Lab License: Current State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required); CCI RCIS (Preferred) Must-Have: Experience with EPIC Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Cath Lab. Essential certifications and skills are required for this position. The position offers normal business hours, with call required. Candidates must be comfortable with pre/post-operative duties. Schedule options include 4 (9) hour days or 5 (8) hour days. Call requirement will be determined based on the candidate's skill set. Patient diagnoses include AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, and PVD. Special procedures performed in this role include diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, interventional cardiology procedures, and device upgrades. Experience with specialized equipment such as Impella, IABP, and IVUS is required. Candidates must be capable of monitoring procedural sedation and conducting various cardiac interventions. Travelers must comply with urgent credentialing requirements if selected for this position. References from previous employers in leadership roles are mandatory for submission. All candidates should have a valid compact or state license in hand at the time of application. Education must be from an accredited program.
