AmLaw 100 Products Liability / Mass Torts Associate Attorney - Atlanta (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Our client, a highly-regarded AmLaw 100 firm , seeks an Associate Attorney (2+ years of experience) to join its Products Liability and Mass Torts practice in Atlanta.

This team is particularly interested in strong litigators with 2+ years of products liability or class action experience from both national and well-respected regional or mid-sized firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of products liability litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
• Draft substantive briefs, pleadings, and dispositive motions
• Conduct client-facing risk analysis and claims strategy discussions
• Work closely with partners on high-level litigation strategy
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
• 2+ years of products liability, mass tort, or class action litigation experience
• Experience at a regional or mid-sized firm is welcomed and valued
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
• A desire to build a long-term litigation practice with real advancement potential
