Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a 0.8 - 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Factoria Medical Center team in Bellevue, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $295,302 to $347,414 (prorated based on FTE), a value based incentive program, generous employer retirement contributions, cash balance pension plan, shareholder track program, comprehensive, market-leading benefits, generous paid time off, paid annual education leave + allowance, leadership development opportunities, employer paid malpractice & tail coverage, and professional licensure & fee reimbursement.

New hire incentives include a resident monthly stipend for early sign-on, a signing bonus up to $50,000, a primary care bonus of $100,000, and a relocation allowance up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer).

Qualifications include a medical degree MD/DO, board certification/board eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine, ability to obtain an unrestricted federal DEA, and ability to obtain a WA state medical license.
