Position: Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Dialysis (ICHD)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Float between clinics within region

Requirement: Minimum of one (1) year experience as a PCT in Dialysis required.

DaVita is hiring an Experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a PCT preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.
• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
