Housekeeper

Job Summary We are hiring full‑time and part‑time housekeepers at Drury Hotels, located at S. Price Road, Chandler, AZ 85286. The role involves maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests, delivering exceptional customer service, and working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms in accordance with Drury Housekeeping standards, including vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Inspect rooms visually for housekeeping and maintenance needs. Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request, delivering friendly, courteous service. Clean public areas, laundry, and other hotel spaces as needed. Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends; Saturday and Sunday shifts can be required. Report to the Housekeeping Executive / Assistant General Manager and maintain positive relationships with all hotel departments. Qualifications No prior housekeeping experience required; strong willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent (completion of 2 years). Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently. Physical capability: walk and stand throughout the shift, push and operate a vacuum, reach, stoop, and lift 25–35 lbs intermittently. Positive, customer‑service oriented attitude. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 annually based on hotel results.
