OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Nashua, NH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join a driver-focused operation out of Nashua, NH, running OTR dry van routes nationwide. Expect solo long-haul work in modern trucks (under three years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters and strong in-house maintenance support to keep you moving.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport dry van freight on scheduled long-haul routes and meet delivery expectations.
• Keep precise logbooks, paperwork and conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about routing, timing and equipment needs.
• Adhere to DOT rules, cargo securement and company safety standards.

Qualifications & Highlights:

• CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay starts at 65 CPM, typical weekly miles near 2,500, plus safety and referral bonuses.
• Home every two weeks and full benefits including health coverage and 401(k).
