Our behavioral health teams provide compassionate, recovery-focused treatment in collaborative environments designed to promote wellness, resilience, and long-term success. Role Overview You will provide essential behavioral health counseling services, supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your role is critical in fostering recovery, improving mental health outcomes, and ensuring collaborative, patient-centered care throughout the treatment journey. What You Will Do Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. Administer individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations. Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provide patients with information on community resources and therapeutic activities. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active and coordinated care from treatment initiation to discharge. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience. One or more of the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Qualifications MCBAP credential. Experience with county systems (FOCUS/ODIN/MHWIN). #J-18808-Ljbffr
