Maintenance Technician

In this hands-on industrial maintenance role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed injection and compression molding equipment used to produce closures for popular food and beverage brands. What We Offer:
- Pay range $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience + $1.00 per hour for night shift
- 12-hour shift 5:45 pm 6:00 am or Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Bi-weekly pay

- Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off Friday - Sunday or Monday -Friday

What You Will Do:
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment and maintain systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints and schematic
- Work with Team Leads, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians
- Observe and enforce all safety, security, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP programs.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery.
- Assist with building and grounds repairs, including snow removal.
- Utilize EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders, track parts, and log labor hours.
