What You’ll Do as a Market Partner

As a HealthPlus Staffing Market Partner, you will operate your own healthcare recruiting firm within an exclusive territory, specializing in permanent placement of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

You will:

• Build and manage client relationships with hospitals, private practices, urgent care centers, and healthcare groups

• Source, recruit, and place high-quality healthcare professionals

• Develop recurring revenue through retained and contingent search agreements

• Lead business development in your region

• Scale your territory with the support of a national infrastructure
