Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. We’ll give you the support you need Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor A wide support network extending from your branch office to the region and home office Independently work with the backing of a large team Responsibilities and Activities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events Key Skills Analytical thinking Attention to detail Adaptability Conversational skills Digital tool utilization Team collaboration Role Requirements Client service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & operational support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, streamlining processes, updating SOPs, and executing the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with the willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
