If you’re a natural problem-solver who writes well, stays calm under pressure, and takes it personally when someone has a bad experience — keep reading.**What You’ll Do*** **Be the first voice customers hear.** Field calls and messages about service, scheduling, billing, and everything in between — with warmth and zero runaround.* **Solve, don’t deflect.** Dig into what the customer actually needs, coordinate the right follow-up, and stay with it until it’s resolved.* **Hold the standard.** Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving day without letting the personal touch slip.* **Share in reputation management.** Everyone on the team helps respond to customer reviews and social comments. It won’t be your whole day, but when it’s your turn you’ll be representing Four Seasons publicly — and we’ll train you to do it well.**What You Bring*** Customer service experience with a track record of showing up, following through, and staying professional when things get tense.* Familiarity with review and social platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor) — or the willingness to learn.
