• Assisting members with consumer loans, inquiries, and new account needs
• Conducting member interviews and processing loan applications efficiently and accurately
• Recommending tailored financial solutions and identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Guiding members through loan decisions, terms, and alternatives
• Ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely loan funding
• Managing a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborating with team members to meet performance, service, and sales goals
• Serving as a subject matter expert and supporting training for team members

Here is what we are looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
• 3+ years in a financial institution.
• 2+ years in consumer loan processing.
• 1+ year in customer service (call center experience preferred).
• Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MeridianLink and Symitar is a plus.

Base Pay/Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus incentives*

*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
