FINANCE & ACCOUNTING CO-OP (Summer OR Fall 2027)

Job Summary Erlanger, KY Full-time Fall or Summer 2027 Our Co-Ops receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way! You will thrive in this role if you: Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Possess strong problem solving skills. Demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills. Exhibit solid attention to detail. These skills will be used to: Learn the accounting monthly processes Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements Communicate financials results Complete account reconciliations. Assist in gathering data and documentation for annual audit. Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. Must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simply define/ summarize detailed analysis of data, and eagerness to improve current processes. Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Physical demands and overall work environment: Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier). Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted. Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
