Long Cove Club is looking for a hardworking part time Dishwasher to join our Clubhouse team! You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly by washing dishes, supporting general kitchen cleanup, and helping with simple prep tasks when needed. We are seeking someone organized, dependable, and ready to bring a positive attitude to the team.Weekend and holiday availability requiredFlexible schedule, AM and PM shifts availableStarting pay $18/hr, DOEAdditional Perks for All Team Members:FREE team member mealsTravel pay: $7 a day, up to $150 a monthLimited golf privileges and pro shop discounts401(k) with up to 6% employer match, after 6 monthsTeam Member of the Month & Year awardsTeam Member appreciation events & activitiesHoliday fund bonusKey Responsibilities:Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to health and safety standardsKeep dish room, kitchen stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard‑freeOperate dishwashing machines safely and maintain the cleanliness of equipmentRestock clean items in their proper locationsAssist cooks and kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when neededRemove trash, clean floors, and maintain overall back‑of‑house sanitationFollow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipmentComplete other duties as assigned by the culinary teamJob Requirements:Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentMust be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Ability to understand and communicate basic instructions related to safety and kitchen operations.Join Long Cove Club and help us create exceptional experiences every day.
