You'll get plenty of variety behind the chair. About one-third of our customers are women and two-thirds are men, plus we serve lots of families. Different customers, different cuts—and a steady opportunity to build your skills and earn great tips.


Earn $20–$22/hour wage based on experience, plus tips. Our stylists can expect to earn around $35/hour with tips.

To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
