Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We assess the effects of engineering development on the weapon system, requirements, and related design specifications.
• We review, interpret, and draft requirements across multiple levels for weapon system capability and functionality.
• We develop candidate change packages to introduce new system capabilities and capture design details and impacts in models and engineering documentation.
• We analyze and build system architectures using modeling tools such as MagicDraw.
• We provide human factors engineering, prototyping, and analytical support for user interface requirements and specifications, including the Human Computer Interface Design Specification.
• We review, assess, contribute to, revise, and resolve comments on external interface documents.
• We create change requests and work through issues tied to system defects or gaps between design documentation and actual system behavior.
• We support IPT, ERB, DRB, CRB, and IWG meetings by developing packages, reviewing materials, and documenting comments and outcomes.
• We attend weekly team meetings and other scheduled sessions and participate actively.
• We present technical summaries, defend engineering and design decisions, deliver briefs, and provide status updates on tasks and schedules.

We are SimVentions, supporting the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) with an entry-level Systems Engineer role based on a diverse team alongside our Systems Engineers and government personnel. Travel to NSWC Dahlgren Division is required once every one to two weeks. The projected annual compensation range is $60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and other factors aligned to our compensation plan and contract requirements.
