Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by their physicians and implement individualized treatment plans that align with established protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to offer therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interactions thoroughly to maintain continuity of care.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service by communicating effectively with patients and their families, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes through shared knowledge and patient-centered care.
• Provide in-home care as needed, following best practice procedures to facilitate a seamless recovery process as outlined by the physician's plan.
• Meet and exceed utilization goals while contributing to the operational objectives of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient information.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
