Carrollton, Georgia – Urgent Care Opportunity Position Overview

• Specialty: Family Medicine – Urgent Care

Availability Requirements

• Average of approximately 40 hours per week
• Rotating schedule:
  • One week: 3 weekdays
  • Following week: 2 weekdays plus 2 weekend days
• Every other weekend required

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (or until last patient is seen)
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until last patient is seen)

Licensure Requirements

• Georgia Medical License or eligibility to obtain licensure

Board Certification Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Preferred Certifications

• DOT Certification Preferred

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Comfortable practicing in a high-volume Urgent Care environment
• Eligible for Georgia licensure
