Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking several Warehouse Associates on 2nd and 3rd shifts to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting the efficient handling and organization of finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associates

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $21.80/hr + Some Overtime

Shift: 2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm

3rd Shift- 11pm-7:00am

What's the Job?

• Operate strapping and banding equipment to secure finished products

• Stack and organize finished goods according to company standards

• Monitor product quality and identify damaged items or machine jams

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols

• Assist in preparing products for storage or shipment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bundles

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of measuring tools and safety procedures

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
