This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and supporting clients with more involved daily needs.The Experience You BringWe’re looking for caregivers who can demonstrate:Hands-on personal care experience: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care while protecting each client’s dignity.Safe mobility and transfer skills: Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other transfer equipment, following the care plan and required training.Dementia care skills: Patience with repeated questions, thoughtful redirection, and a calm approach when a client is confused or resistant to care.Sound observation and communication: Recognizing changes in a client’s condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office.Strong documentation habits: Accurate task completion and detailed shift notes that describe the care provided and the client’s response.Dependability: Consistent availability, punctuality, and clear communication with the scheduling team.A valid driver’s license and a registered, insured vehicle are required. Level III placement is based on verified experience and demonstrated skills.How You’ll Support Our ClientsProvide attentive care that helps seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected at home.
