A growing multidisciplinary engineering and surveying firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer looking to lead impactful site development projects, mentor junior engineers, build strong client relationships, and progress into senior leadership. What You'll Do Manage land development projects from entitlement through design and construction documentation. Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and design staff. Perform QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. Support business development and client relationship activities. Help drive the growth and success of the land development practice. What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 8+ years of civil engineering experience. Strong background in land development and site design. Experience managing projects and leading teams. Proficiency with Civil 3D. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
