Responsibilities Plan, direct, and oversee all food preparation and culinary operations Create, develop, and refine menus that meet quality, creativity, and profitability goals Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage food and labor costs while maximizing operational efficiency Lead, mentor, train, and inspire the kitchen team Recruit, develop, and retain top culinary talent Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships Coordinate equipment maintenance and kitchen repairs as needed Resolve operational challenges and guest concerns quickly and professionally Review and approve dishes before service to ensure excellence Manage administrative responsibilities, scheduling, payroll, and reporting Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Stay current with culinary trends while honoring the authenticity and integrity of Mexican cuisine Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance kitchen culture Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience preparing and leading Mexican cuisine in a professional kitchen Proven success as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or comparable culinary leadership role Experience leading high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations Outstanding kitchen management and team development skills Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs Ability to identify problems, make decisions quickly, and execute solutions effectively Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong understanding of modern culinary techniques, trends, and best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software Culinary degree or related certification preferred Benefits Health Insurance Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Generous Employee and Guest Dining Discounts at All Restaurant Locations Paid Vacation and Sick Time Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding restaurant group The ability to make a meaningful impact on menu development, culture, and operations Why Join Us?
