Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) Location: 7460 South Avenue, Boardman, OH 44512 Pay: $18–$19 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday‑Saturday 7AM–8PM, Sunday 9AM–6PM (full‑time) Key Benefits Closed holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter Immediate health‑care benefits Acknowledges promotion opportunities within Gordon Food Service Work/life balance with flexible retail scheduling Responsibilities Open and close the store Complete daily store operations and tasks Unload, organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks and stockroom to store Maintain product rotation, proper food handling, and product quality Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships and drive sales Handle cash: bank deposits, preparing change, setting and counting registers Train, develop, and supervise sales associates in performance of assigned duties Qualifications 1–2years of retail experience with increasing responsibility High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and above shoulder height Full‑time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Safe operation of power equipment (slicing equipment, walkie‑lifts, forklifts) Legal employment eligibility and minimum age 18 Pass pre‑employment checks, including drug screening and criminal background check Basic computer skills Equal Employment Opportunity Gordon Food Service is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a work environment that respects and values diversity.
