With calipers and micrometers in hand, you verify features, tweak offsets, and keep production humming while maintaining a spotless, safe cell. About the Role

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precision parts
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine parameters for each job
• Interpret blueprints and production drawings to plan cuts and verify features
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using hand metrology
• Monitor equipment performance; make real-time adjustments to ensure throughput and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Ability to read and work from blueprints/technical drawings
• Solid math and measurement skills
• Comfort using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Keen attention to detail and basic computer literacy
• Reliability, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Bonus: prior CNC laser experience
