Senior Analyst

Job Title: Analyst – Senior Location: Pax River, MD Clearance: Minimum of a Secret Clearance Kwaan Bear IT Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Analyst located at Pax River, MD. Job Duties: Leads the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction. Is responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology. Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles. Directs the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies. Demonstrates managerial and supervisory skills. Job Requirements: 10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree. (Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s OR 10 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree) A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
