Business Support Representative

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry-level Business Support Representative to join their growing remote operations team. Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process and track orders, requests, and account updates in company systems
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across databases and shared files
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up tasks between departments
• Prepare routine reports and summaries for management review
• Assist with onboarding tasks and basic account setup for new clients
• Monitor shared inboxes and escalate priority issues appropriately
• Support billing, invoicing, and basic data entry functions
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams on daily needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
• No prior professional experience required, internship or customer service background a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Basic data entry and typing proficiency
